Section 1. General rules

1.1. The Code of Conduct of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") is governed by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Program of Personnel Training, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan " , "On the principles of the state youth policy" and "On principles and guarantees of freedom of information", "Year of Youth", "Year of harmoniously developed generation" state programs, Relevant orders of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, the Charter of the University, the internal regulations and the universally recognized moral and ethical principles.

In the development of "Rules" the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan regulates the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the education of citizens, the establishment of the legal basis for training, vocational training and ensuring the constitutional right of everyone to education, for the development and implementation of effective forms and methods of spiritual and moral upbringing and educational work, the main function of the University is to educate and educate.

1.2. "Rules" come into force after the approval of the Scientific Council of the University, and amendments and additions are made upon the decision of the Scientific Council.

1.3. "Rules" define ethical principles, rules and responsibilities of BSU's administration, professors and teachers, employees and students (team members) in the relationship with the University.

1.4 Observing "Rules" BSU is obligatory for all members of the team.

1.5. Everyone who has been admitted to a job or job must be familiar with the "Rules" and must keep the responsibility for it.

1.6. The University is interested in observance of the Guidelines in cooperation with public, state and non-governmental organizations, educational and scientific institutions, entrepreneurship, media and parents of students.

 

Section 2. Goals and tasks
2.1. The purpose of "Rules" is to form a healthy moral and social-psychological environment in the University, to maintain its prestige and reputation, to assist in the training of highly qualified cadres meeting high moral and ethical requirements, increasing the prestige of society and the education system.

2.2. The main objectives of "Rules" are:

  - armed with high moral and ethical qualities, aware of the responsibility of society, state and family, acknowledging the internal and external policies of the state, patriotic and humanistic, entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial, modern knowledge; training highly qualified, conscientious and conscientious specialists with high humanistic will;

- Formation, storage and protection of the spiritual immunity of team members;

Section 3. Common rules for the morals of team members

3.1. Partnership, mutual trust, respect, mutual respect and friendship are the main conditions in the interaction of team members.

3.2. 3.3. 3.5. Section 4. The relationship between teaching staff and students in the educational process

4.8. In case of conflict of interest between a student and a student, the student may apply to the head of the department with a request to issue a rating to the special commission. Section 5. The relationship between professor-teachers

5.1. In the mutual relations of professors and teachers - the only team should respect the principles of mutual respect and respect, friendship, solidarity, honesty and justice.

5.2. In the relationships of professors and teachers, disrespect for human dignity, discrimination, the acquisition of intellectual property of the person, use of violence, misuse of words, fraud, moral, material or physical harm to others is strictly prohibited.

Section 6. Interaction of students

Section 7. Moral responsibilities of professors and teachers

Section 8. Ethnic responsibilities of students

a) Within the territory of the territory:

Section 9. Professor-teacher and students are morally well-behaved

prohibited situations

To the professor-teacher:

- discussion of professional and personal disadvantages of colleagues with their students;

The student:

Section 10. Ethics-related relationship between administration, faculty and staff

10.1. Relations between administration, faculty and staff are based on the principles of mutual respect, harmony, diligence, tolerance, humanism, integrity and justice.

10.2. 10.6. Section 11. Promotion and remedies.

11.1.
